My design journey
I’m Nancy, a multidisciplinary designer and founder of N52 Design. My work brings clarity and order to complex problems, transforming information into visually engaging, and accessible experiences for all.
My journey has taken me from art direction and various design roles in the UK to UX design with startups in Hong Kong, working across industries including finance, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, and not-for-profits. No matter the project, my focus is always the same: helping businesses realise the value of great design and the impact it can have on their success.
I believe good design is an essential part of any business large or small. That’s why I started N52 Design, to help companies and their teams to think differently about design and accessibility, and to guide them along this journey towards more meaningful customer experiences.
My approach is collaborative and hands-on. I love forming strong relationships, bringing ideas to life, and making sure clients are part of the process. I’m at my best when I’m asking questions, listening deeply, and helping teams achieve more together.
