Accessibility statement

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Our commitment

N52 Design is a visual design, UX, and accessibility consultancy. This website should be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, captions, or reduced-motion settings.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we design, not an afterthought.

What we have put in place

This site includes:

  • A skip link to jump to the main content
  • Clear page structure, landmarks, and heading order
  • Text alternatives for images
  • Visible focus styles for keyboard users
  • Colour contrast chosen to stay readable against the brand colours
  • Support for reduced motion in the operating system
  • A mobile menu that can be opened, closed, and dismissed with Escape
  • A booking calendar with a separate link if the embed does not load

Conformance

We believe this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. That means most of the site meets the guidelines, but some third-party content may not.

Known limitations

Appointment booking is provided by Google Calendar. The calendar is shown in an iframe. We cannot fully control how that embed is announced or operated by assistive technology. If it is difficult to use, open the booking page in a new tab from the Contact section, or contact us using the details below.

Feedback and contact

If you find a barrier, or if something does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us. We will do our best to reply within five working days and to provide the information in another way if needed.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 16 September 2026 by N52 Design. It will be reviewed when the site changes in a way that could affect accessibility, and at least once a year.
